I DO 我意 & FULL OF BEAUTY 美麗滿載

Price Bloodstock kept the winners ticking over at Sha Tin on Sunday as rising star Full Of Beauty took his record to four wins from four starts and set himself up to the real class tests to come.

The push-button four-year-old was ridden by Zac Purton for the first time and the champion rider came away impressed after a comfortable victory at long odds-on.

He was positive out of the gates then parked Full Of Beauty in the box seat behind the 200-1 leader and there was one ticklish moment when the leader fell back quickly on the home turn and Purton had to quickly steer around him, a successful manoeuvre but one that ended up leaving Full Of Beauty out in front for quite a long run down the straight with no horse in front of him.

“I thought he won pretty comfortably today, but I am sure he will be better chasing a horse,” Purton said.

Trainer John Size conceded that the fourth win will take Full Of Beauty up to Class 2 and every, where the races are never easy.

“He just keeps winning, you can’t fault what he’s doing. That was the top of Class 3 so it gets harder now but he’s a four-year-old, quite physically mature so I’m less worried about him going to Class 2 than I might with a three-year-old,” Size said. ”So far, he hasn’t shown any signs of taking a backward step.”

Full Of Beauty made his debut on January 1, so he has come along way and passed $2.5 million in stakes in the space of just 8 weeks, with the best still ahead of him.
